Chemistry HOD Meet-2022 was organized on 20th and 21st of Dec'22 at Sayaji hotel, Raipur. The meet was organized as a part of COS Annual Plan with an objective of providing an interactive platform to the Chemistry fraternity of our organization in pursuit of knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
The meet was inaugurated and chaired by respected RED-WR-II & ED(OS), Sh A.K.Tripathy in presence of ED-USSC, Sh C.Sivakumar and AGM-COS-Chemistry Sh V.Chandrasekharan. Chemistry Benchmarking Score was released by the Chair during inaugural session through digitization platform.
Interactions with COS functions viz. Operation, Boiler, Steam Turbine, BoP and CenPEEP as well as separate presentation sessions with CC-Engg, CC-FM, CC-NETRA and USSC-PPG groups were a part of the programme.
One session with EPRI team (for healthy cycle chemistry guidelines) and presentation session by technical expert from M/s GE for FGD system were also arranged during the meet. The workshop was attended by 38 participants across NTPC stations and JVs.
